Job Title: Global Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to manage and supervise external audit engagements for various clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, managing large-scale assignments, and identifying business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Manage a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to deliver high-quality work and achieve client objectives.
  • Audit Management: Oversee the execution of external audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Business Development: Identify and grow current client portfolio by providing exceptional service and meeting challenging client requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop team members to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Client Relationship: Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, adapting to changing work environments at different clients/locations.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
