  • Key Responsibilities:

    • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions and communications effectively, handling mutual fund account openings, KYC processes, and other related documentation, coordinating with mutual fund companies, insurance providers, and financial partners regarding ongoing investments, tracking internal documents, maintaining data records, and following up with respective parties, and managing basic social media platforms for brand awareness and client engagement.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

      • ">

      • Strong understanding of Investments, Financial Planning, Mutual Funds, and Insurance, knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with basic social media management, and strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

      • Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities, prior experience in financial services is an advantage.

      • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

      • At least 2 years of experience in financial operations or related field.
