Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management:
  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and inventory control of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Security & Access Control:
  • Coordinate with security personnel for movement of people and materials in and out of the premises.
  • Facility & Compound Maintenance:
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office space, compound areas, and general infrastructure.
  • Production Monitoring:
  • Meet and monitor monthly production targets. Maintain accurate records of relevant data.
  • Resource Optimization:
  • Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of water, mother liquor, gas, and electricity.
  • Plant Housekeeping:
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the plant premises.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise teams to ensure productivity and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9000 documentation and compliance principles.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of plant operations and utilities.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Effectiveness in stock reduction and inventory control measures.
  • Efficiency in production planning and execution processes.
  • Coordination and compliance in security and materials movement procedures.
  • Overall upkeep and management of plant and facility operations.
