Job Description

Project Coordinator Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Your tasks will include preparing and reviewing quotes, tracking design changes, and updating documentation.

You will also coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications, and maintain all project-related files and documentation.

Additionally, you will act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring excellent communication.

You will coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion and conduct budget analysis for all projects.

Lastly, you will assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is essential.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail is vital.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
