Technical Support Specialist for iScala ERP System

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to users of our iScala ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to iScala ERP system users via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of iScala software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related problems and improve user experience, leveraging knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of iScala features and functionalities, promoting efficient use of the system.
  • Document and maintain records of support requests and resolutions, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest iScala releases and features, providing informed support to users and making recommendations for system upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably with iScala ERP system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with database management and SQL is highly desirable.
