Job Overview

This role is focused on driving secondary sales and merchandising by building and developing long-term relationships with retailers.

  • The incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales revenue and improving our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, human resources, and sales development teams.
  • To negotiate with wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts customers to increase sales.
  • To manage the performance of superstore channels to improve sales revenue.
  • To achieve assigned monthly targets and ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales data and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry preferred in channel management.
  • Product understanding, negotiation, and local language fluency are essential skills for this role.
  • A graduate or MBA degree is required.
  • Covering all aspects of sales operations, including territory management, customer relationship management, and sales analytics.
  • Responsible for new outlet opening, new product launch, and repeat frequent order from outlets.
  • Degree in any field with relevant work experience.
