About the Role

This is a high-profile leadership position within our hospitality and real estate division, where you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • a) Asset Optimization
      • Benchmark and analyze the financial and operational performance of all hotel and restaurant assets
      • Determine opportunities to increase ROI and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives
    • b) Portfolio Development
      • Analyze market trends and industry data to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and execute projects from concept to delivery
    • c) Stakeholder Engagement
      • Negotiate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors
      • Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency to ensure seamless communication across teams and departments
    • d) Performance Monitoring
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset performance, including financials and operational metrics
      • Develop and implement reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and support informed decision making
    • e) Strategic Input
      • Provide expert advice on business strategy and operations to senior management and the board
      • Support the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and policies
