Senior Real Estate Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our acquisitions platform, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, underwriting, and managing new acquisition opportunities across our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite investment opportunities using market comparables to determine accurate rent, value, and initial bid price for single-family assets.
  • Participate in the acquisition of single-family homes by tracking assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle.
  • Apply market nuances to underwriting to ensure accurate valuations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance required; specialty focus in Real Estate a plus.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage, or other real estate related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Top-ranked performer with a track record of success (academic, professional).
