Job Overview
This position plays a key role in the pursuit and evaluation of business opportunities, formulating potential exit strategies, and executing asset management plans for the Warehousing portfolio from our Bengaluru office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with onshore asset management teams to provide comprehensive portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management plans to optimize income and maximize asset value.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial variance analysis reports, develop and monitor budgets, and assist with financial modeling at the asset and portfolio levels to facilitate strategic planning.
- Contribute to investment transactions from end-to-end, including origination, research, deal evaluation, and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modeling), and deal execution.
- Work collaboratively with external consultants and internal teams across various functions to conduct due diligence and evaluate potential investments.
- Maintain market intelligence and gather global market/industry information to ensure competitiveness of our products and services.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment.
- An analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and resourcefulness.
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and business acumen, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
