Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee our financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, budget preparation, taxation, cash flow management, costing analysis, and internal control policy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, and cash flow projections.
  • Analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of experience OR MBA with 2–3 years of managerial experience in finance (preferably in manufacturing or pharma).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare devices/pharma business metrics and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Zoho and Tally applications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
