Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, performing reconciliations and audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting, identify and rectify any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, reconcile payment gateway receipts, and audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process and validate vendor invoices for timely payments, maintain vendor payment schedules, and conduct vendor account reconciliations.
  • Issue and manage customer sales invoices, monitor receivables, and maintain aging reports to ensure timely collections.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, maintain and organize accurate financial records, and assist in internal and external audits.
Requirements:
  • CPA qualification or at least two CPA subjects cleared, demonstrating expertise in financial accounting and taxation.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundation in financial principles.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, to analyze and present financial data effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus, highlighting your ability to efficiently manage financial transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
