Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M suite professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • C2M Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) configuration, implementation, and support
  • Meter Data Management (MDM) solution design, deployment, and integration with other utility systems
  • Service and Asset-based architecture within the C2M suite
  • Field Service Integration with MWM or external Field Service Management platforms
  • Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for head-end system integration
  • Expertise in meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards
