ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) with a good understanding and hands-on approach.
  • Developing a strong knowledge base on networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Understanding how OT networks function and having a basic grasp of Purdue Model architecture.
  • Designing and implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Writing SQL queries with moderate database-level architecture knowledge.
  • Scripting automated processes using Business Rules, Script Actions, and other tools.
  • Enhancing capabilities on ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platforms, and developing configurations for data alignment and automation.
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details, as well as preparing training materials for projects.
  • Applying the CSDM framework for Operational Technology, ensuring end-to-end data alignment processes, and creating documents for CMDB and CSDM procedures.
  • Training stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing solutions, and collaborating with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of IT industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow OTM and ability to implement and configure it effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
