The team is responsible for managing HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities include generating reports, identifying trends, conducting research on best practices, analyzing survey data, coordinating programs, and assisting in planning and running events.

Our ideal candidate has strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, is curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination skills, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, and an interest in both data-driven HR and employee engagement/event management.
