Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports on topics relevant to the CEO's and Company's strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Supporting decision-making with data analysis, trends, and insights as needed.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of companywide operational data.
  • Reporting summarized data to top management in a timely manner to facilitate decision-making.
  • Providing assistance in the use of performance measurement metrics to help assess the magnitude of variances on important company parameters and enable decision-making.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A master's degree in business administration or a master's in management studies.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis tools.
Estimated Salary: ₹12 LPA
