**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

- Responsible & accountable for triaging and escalating production issue causing outages.
- Adhere to processes, company policies, required to deliver high quality services to clients & partners.
- Provide 18*5 Support in rotational shift covering EMEA and USA timezone

**Qualifications and Technical Requirements**:

- **5-7** years of profession experience with at least 3 years in Production Support
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in related technical field.
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages such as Python, shell scripting
- Advanced skills in monitoring & administering Linux systems. Exposure to Windows based system would be nice to have.
- Database server monitoring & administering skills, including intermediate-level understanding of SQL.
- Understand source control techniques and/or familiar with Git / BitBucket
- Proficient in technology toolkits as **ServiceNow**, Jira, Splunk, Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, **AWS Cloudwatch, Datadog**, Geneos and job scheduling tools like Autosys and Control-M.
