OEM Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled OEM Sales Professional to lead sales and product management efforts for assigned Automotive Key Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales and market development activities with the Director of OEM Accounts and SIC/BCN team.
- Directly responsible for sales and business development of service packages, rebuilds, upgrades/retrofits, and parts for all SIC/BCN products.
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned Key Accounts in the NAFTA Market, leveraging relationships between customers, markets, and the Schuler Group.
- Responsible for market development, sales, and operational sales work with assigned Key Accounts, coordinating related activities with other OEM Sales Managers and the Director of OEM Accounts.
- Maintain and develop business contacts and relationships in support of all Schuler products, maintaining records and logs of activities as directed.
- Utilize and update the current software system regularly, including CRM & project tracking, completing quotation and contract review according to Company policy, and completing all customer satisfaction survey requirements.
- Participate with the Director of OEM Accounts and Vice President of Sales & Marketing to prepare annual budget and forecasts, providing quarterly updates.
- Support customer service and project management functions as necessary.
- Participate in and/or lead technology and product presentations in cooperation with sales for customers, attending trade shows and events, and working hand-in-hand with the Marketing Group to develop customer and market-specific workshops and training events.
- Support product marketing efforts by identifying new company product line information and assisting marketing in updating product presentation media, as necessary.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 35 years of related Sales and Product experience. Strong knowledge of the metal forming equipment market, including companies, technologies, applications, and capabilities. Knowledge of Schuler equipment is a definite plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
