Job Description:

We are seeking a strong technical resource with 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle EPM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting.

This is a hands-on role that requires a candidate with a willingness to learn new technologies and work on stringent timelines.

  • Designing and configuring Oracle EPM modules
  • Configuring and customizing EPM modules, including defining cost drivers, allocation rules, and reporting structures
  • Providing in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle EPM, including its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities with other Oracle Cloud modules
  • Managing data mappings, validations, and transformations within EPM and integrating it with other systems
  • Ensuring that the EPM solution aligns with the organization's business processes and objectives, particularly in areas like cost allocation, profitability analysis, and profitability reporting
  • Expert in implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM starting from designing allocation rules, building both custom (MDX) rules and allocation rules and rulesets, and fine-tuning for performance
  • Working on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management
  • Good understanding of audit trail and balancing reports for allocations
  • Implemented projects with Oracle PCM and developed artifacts starting from Metadata creation/updates, setting up rules, (EPM/EPCM) designing web forms and data grids, creating reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of the financial statements, close cycle, and related best practices
  • Experience creating consolidated financial statements for customers
