Job Position: Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Consulting:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.

Testing & Deployment:

  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

Data Migration & Integration:

  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.

Training & Documentation:

  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials.
