Cloud Network Architect Lead

This is an in-depth technical role with a mix of hands-on network design and management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain cloud network infrastructure using physical and software-defined frameworks.
  2. Maintain high availability, flexibility, and network performance while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  3. Ensure up-to-date infrastructure documentation and collaborate with team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  4. Oversee a team of Network Engineers, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance.
  5. Monitor key performance metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, QoS, Network monitoring Protocols & Tools, and SDN Technologies.
  • Strong fundamentals and understanding of L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, load balancers, and CloudStack networking.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly narrow down and resolve complex problems.
  • A highly motivated individual with effective project management skills and the ability to complete complex network tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and keep networking skills current with emerging technologies.
  • Experience in handling a team of minimum 4 people in a similar role.
