Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to assist in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry, preferably with Web & Mobile projects. A Bachelor's degree or relevant education and experience is required, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

We value strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to learn and utilize new software as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess a data-driven yet common sense approach to execution.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
