About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Concept Development: Create bespoke design plans and mood boards tailored to each client's needs.
  • Furniture Arrangement: Strategically place furniture to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
  • Decor Selection: Choose artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs that complement the overall design.
  • Colour Scheme Development: Craft harmonious colour palettes that enhance the visual appeal of the space.
  • Budgeting: Design within budget to deliver a satisfying outcome.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Sales Funnel Ownership: Drive sales closure by effectively managing the sales process.
  • Design Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of design deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
