Marketing Coordinator Role

As a skilled Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products. Your expertise will be crucial in tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, and planning meetings and trade shows.

  • Campaign Development: You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Sales Tracking: Accurately monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining an organized and up-to-date inventory of promotional materials to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough research on market trends, competitor analysis, and product line sales to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products.
  • Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases, and prepare reports.
  • Assemble and analyze sales forecasts, prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives, plan and organize promotional presentations, and update calendars.
  • Track product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Keeppromotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
