We are seeking a skilled and experienced consultant to design, implement, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and debug plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations to enhance the functionality of our solutions.
  • Work with managed/unmanaged solutions and handle solution components to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions that meet their needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, managed/unmanaged solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL (StringMapBase, debugging techniques).
  • Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.
  • Ability to debug CRM components (JavaScript, plugins, workflows).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Azure integrations and Dataverse.
