Job Overview

A Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) expert plays a vital role in the implementation of our clients' systems.

  • We seek an experienced professional to develop and participate in client initiatives focused on reducing technology risk, governance, and compliance to policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluating business and IT risks, developing IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks, and improving client security positioning through process improvement, policy automation, and continuous evolution of capabilities.
  • Evaluation of information security threats and their impact on clients' IT environment, supporting senior team members in the analysis of requirements and design of clients' information security posture, as well as legal, regulatory, and scheme security requirements.
  • Supporting senior team members in delivering work streams for clients in compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO27001, EU GDPR, Bahrain PDPL, and incident management disciplines.
  • Performing and investigating internal and external information security risk and exception assessments, assessing incidents, vulnerability management, scans, patching status, secure baselines, penetration test results, phishing, and social engineering tests and attacks.
  • Documenting and reporting control failures and gaps to stakeholders, providing remediation guidance and preparing management reports to track remediation activities.
  • Staying current on best practices and technological advancements and acting as a technical resource for security assessment and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute GRC strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and mitigate IT risks, ensuring the security and integrity of clients' systems.
  • Analyze and address information security threats, maintaining a proactive posture.
  • Liaise with senior team members to deliver compliant solutions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, and COBIT standards is desirable.
  • Proven expertise in risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proven track record of driving change.
