Lead Web3 UI/UX Designer

We are building a revolutionary SocialFi platform on Solana Blockchain, leveraging passive SOL staking to create an immersive community-driven experience.

As a seasoned UI/UX Designer, you will craft modern, user-friendly web interfaces in Figma and transform them into responsive production-ready code.

Experience with web3 projects or social consumer-focused websites is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing web pages in Figma, incorporating responsive layouts.
  • Convert designs into pixel-perfect code, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Implement animations and micro-interactions to elevate the user experience.
  • Apply UX best practices for Web3 interfaces, prioritizing accessibility and user-centered design.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, iterating designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience designing in Figma and implementing designs in HTML/CSS + JS/React.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality Figma-to-code projects with animations and micro-interactions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Figma, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on Web3 applications.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, with the ability to iterate designs based on feedback.
