We are seeking a high-performing Affiliate Marketer to build and scale our affiliate and partner programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing affiliate networks, onboarding partners, and optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI.

This role is critical in driving user acquisition, brand reach, and revenue growth through partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and publishers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • BUILDING AFFILIATE MARKETING PROGRAMS
  • IDENTIFYING AND ONBOARDING NEW PARTNERS
  • MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS WITH AFFILIATES
  • Negotiating commission structures and payout models
  • TRACKING AND ANALYZING AFFILIATE PERFORMANCE METRICS
  • OPTIMIZING CAMPAIGNS BY IDENTIFYING HIGH-PERFORMING AFFILIATES
  • COLLABORATING WITH PRODUCT AND DESIGN TEAMS TO PROVIDE AFFILIATES WITH CREATIVE ASSETS
  • ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH BRAND GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and attribution models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in crypto/Web3 influencer collaborations or KOL campaigns, familiarity with referral marketing, ambassador programs, or community-led growth, and exposure to Web3 analytics tools for tracking on-chain user growth.
