Job Title: General Manager – Interior Project Operations

A dynamic leader is required to spearhead our interior project operations. This role involves overseeing a team of operations leads and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Own the customer experience, from project inception to completion, acting as the highest point of escalation for any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain seamless communication with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and installation crews, to ensure timely issue resolution and project success.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, encouraging team growth and development through strategic hiring and training initiatives.
  • Implement and enforce standardized processes and protocols to guarantee a consistent customer experience across all regions.
  • Drive performance metrics, focusing on customer move-in timeline adherence, overall CSAT score, and efficient escalation resolution.

Key Qualifications:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of relevant work experience in startups or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated people management skills, with direct team reporting experience essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and analytical abilities are crucial.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and build strategic partnerships with architects, builders, and consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of operations leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to meet committed timelines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Own the customer experience and serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
  • Empower team members through structured training programs and hire top talent to drive business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards, promoting consistency and quality.
  • Focus on customer-centric metrics, including move-in timeline adherence, overall CSAT score, and efficient escalation resolution.
