Store Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day activities within a hotel's storage facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring seamless logistics within the hotel.
  • Managing inventory control systems, maintaining clear and organized records for efficient reporting and invoice processing.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to guarantee smooth stock replenishment and optimization of storage capacity.

This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional hospitality standards, ensuring excellent organizational skills, and an ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential requirements.

A minimum of four years' experience in a store management capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry, is required. A degree in any field is also mandatory.

Proficiency in Materials Management Systems (MMS) and Inventory Management software is crucial for success in this position.
