Job Description

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and ownership. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records in Zoho Books
  • Performing monthly bank and vendor reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial closure activities
  • Preparing and filing GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns

You will also be required to support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.

Additionally, you will liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams, and maintain financial documentation and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Accounting experience in roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive
  • Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams
  • Knowledge of tools like Zoho Books
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting, and have at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles.
