As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all monthly financial accounting aspects of designated legal entities in the APAC region.
  • Post month-end accruals and prepayments to capture all costs and accurately recognize them for local and US reporting needs.
  • Set up and input bank transactions into the ledger as journals.
  • Produce daily cash reports for all APAC businesses.
  • Review daily cash requirements for APAC entities to ensure appropriate funding arrangements.
  • Set up and post monthly journals for depreciation and update supporting spreadsheets.
  • Manage certain treasury functions, including making payments and settling Interco invoices, while ensuring adequate but not excessive cash in local bank accounts.
  • Produce trial balances for relevant countries to meet month-end close US reporting deadlines.
  • Provide management information for UK and local needs as required.
  • Perform P&L review, flux analysis, and contribute to cost control as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager, local advisors, and other team members to ensure year-end audit, statutory accounts, and tax returns are filed on time.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations of control accounts, bank accounts, and asset/debtor/creditor accounts based on risk category.
  • Liaise with other Finance team members within the APAC region and overseas to maintain account integrity.
