We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operation of our plant and machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of plant and machinery operations, particularly in high-rise towers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect, dismantle, maintain, and operate Luffing Jib tower cranes, passenger hoists, and placer booms.
  • Develop methodologies for equipment erection, operation, and preparation of checklists.
  • Control spare parts inventory and optimize costs by sourcing plant and machinery operators and mechanics.
  • Generate local MIS reports for Mechanical Heads at HO/Project In charge.
  • Maintain site records of equipment, including logbooks, preventive maintenance records, and upkeep.
  • Estimate monthly budgets for spares and running expenses for each machine and monitor them.
  • Train personnel on equipment usage, repairs, and servicing to prevent accidents and ensure optimal use.
  • Minimize equipment breakdowns and maximize availability at the site.
  • Establish service schedules based on hours/Kms running and implement them to achieve minimal equipment breakdowns.

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree/Dip. Mech. or equivalent experience, possess strong leadership skills, and have at least 10 years of experience in plant and machinery management.
