Accounting and Finance Professional

  1. We are seeking a seasoned Accounting and Finance professional to join our team in a Deputy/Group Manager role.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the month-end and year-end closing process, analyzing Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements on a monthly basis, and reviewing Transfer Pricing arrangements.
  3. They will also be responsible for reviewing Intercompany transactions, ensuring settlement on a monthly basis, and reviewing SOX controls and approving the checklist.
  4. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for reviewing schedules forming backup for notes to financial statements and other disclosure requirements, as well as coordinating with statutory auditors.
  5. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Key responsibilities include:
    • Supporting the month-end and year-end closing process
    • Analyzing Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements
    • Reviewing Transfer Pricing arrangements
    • Reviewing Intercompany transactions
    • Coordinating with statutory auditors

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
