Enterprise Business Systems Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and development of business systems for future scalability, growth, and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with product lines and Delivery Management teams to identify and promote key features in the core product
  • Establish and foster strong partnerships with key business stakeholders
  • Create detailed requirements documentation to ensure solution meets needs and product functionality
  • Design and develop technical requirements for business systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries
  • Formulate concepts for further development of technical requirements for business systems
  • Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers in regard to business systems
  • Configure business systems - including Salesforce and its ecosystem - and manage implementation throughout the lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in delivering technical architectures and implementation services for business systems
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment & adapt to business offering, technical innovation, and market-driven initiatives
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, design, and documentation
  • Good experience of requirements, dev, and project management tools
  • Good understanding of overall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, tools, and technologies
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
