
Experienced Client Servicing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client servicing team. This role involves building strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional event solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction across large-scale events, MICE, and experiential projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies.
- Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements:
- 8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.
- Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience with reputed event agencies handling marquee clients.
- Strong understanding of event strategy, client engagement, and market trends.
