Job Opportunity: AEM Guides Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in administering AEM Guides or similar DITA-based Component Content Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of DITA concepts, maps, topics, and specializations, as well as proficiency with DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT).

  • Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in administering AEM Guides or similar DITA-based CCMS
  • Strong knowledge of DITA concepts, maps, topics, and specializations
  • Proficiency with DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and XPath
  • Familiarity with authoring workflows and publishing pipelines
  • Experience with content migrations, conversions, and metadata management
  • Ability to collaborate with implementation vendors and engineering teams
  • Understanding of multi-channel content delivery and localization workflows
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills
  • Experience working with Adobe products like AEM Guides and AEM Assets
  • Knowledge of knowledge management or large-scale content operations
  • Experience with AI-driven content analytics or search
  • Prior experience supporting global and distributed teams
