We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Guides administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of DITA and experience with content migrations, conversions, and metadata management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering AEM Guides or similar DITA-based Component Content Management System (CCMS)
  • Maintaining and enhancing DITA-based content repositories
  • Collaborating with implementation vendors and engineering teams to ensure smooth content operations
  • Developing and implementing content strategies to support multi-channel delivery and localization workflows
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in administering AEM Guides or similar DITA-based CCMS
  • Strong knowledge of DITA concepts, maps, topics, and specializations
  • Proficiency with DITA Open Toolkit (DITA-OT) and XML, XSLT, and XPath
  • Familiarity with authoring workflows and publishing pipelines
  • Experience with content migrations, conversions, and metadata management
  • Ability to collaborate with implementation vendors and engineering teams
  • Understanding of multi-channel content delivery and localization workflows
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills
  • Experience working with Adobe products like AEM Guides and AEM Assets
  • Knowledge of knowledge management or large-scale content operations
