Hi,

We are hiring for AEM Guides Developer

Basic Qualifications:


• 5+ years' experience administering AEM Guides or similar DITA-based CCMS.


• Strong knowledge and practical experience of DITA (concepts, maps, topics, specializations) and proficiency with DITA-OT.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with XML, XSLT, and XPath.


• Experience supporting authoring workflows and publishing pipelines.


• Familiarity with content migrations, conversions, and metadata management.


• Experience partnering with implementation vendors and engineering teams.


• Experience supporting multi-channel content delivery and localization workflows.


• Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills.


• Experience with AEM Guides, AEM Assets, and related Adobe products.


• Familiarity with knowledge management or large-scale content operations.


• Experience supporting AI-driven content analytics or search.


• Prior experience working with global, distributed teams and suppliers.
