Job Overview:

The Medical Affairs Manager role entails leading the strategic direction of medical affairs at our organization. This position involves fostering collaboration between medical and marketing teams to provide robust medico-marketing support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Medical Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive medical marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales.
  • Material Development:
    • Create engaging medical materials, such as product manuals, monographs, and training slides.
  • CME Programs:
    • Design and deliver Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of products.
  • New Product Evaluation:
    • Evaluate new product ideas, providing insights and recommendations to inform development decisions.
  • Training and Development:
    • Develop and conduct medical training sessions for field staff to ensure they are well-informed about products.
  • Industry Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging science to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree in life sciences (MBBS, MD) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in medical affairs or related fields, with a focus on marketing support and product evaluation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
