Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 12 months experience or HSC with minimum 18 months experience
- Maximum 12 years of experience in the contact center industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in shifts
- Candidates with international customer service (VOICE) experience preferred
