The OpportunityWe seek experienced travel professionals to join our team as Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours. As a key link between international partners and suppliers, you'll create unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.

Key Responsibilities- Manage B2B travel queries from international agents.
- Create customized itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.
- Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
- Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support.
- Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
- Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
- 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations.
- Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.
- Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations.
- Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet.
