Job Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the Indian Vertical Transportation market, promoting local industry profiles, and generating sales. The role also involves delivering services in accordance with management guidelines and Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize with the VT landscape in India
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet agreed sales targets
  • Promote leading VT authority in India
  • Create and identify sales leads through networking, proactive industry observation, and research
  • Manage customer relationships, understand customers' needs and constraints
  • Scale the business through continuous extension of customer base and customer retention
  • Coordinate with global experts for joint customer presentations and visits
  • Collaborate with other subsidiaries
  • Monitor upcoming events and prepare participation

Required Skills:

  • Integrative personality with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English (min. B2 level)
  • Good presentation skills, strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Team player

Desired Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of lift technology and industry
  • Familiarity with inspections and certifications of VT

Education:

  • Bachelor Engineering degree (electrical, mechanical)
  • Master degree would be beneficial, particularly in business-oriented fields
