Job Title

We are seeking a meticulous manual QA engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans, specifically for Marketing Cloud functionalities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories.
  • Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identify, document, and report defects in the issue tracking system.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.
  • Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA engineer or similar role.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans.
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • English proficiency.
