Job Summary

Our quality assurance team is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in testing enterprise applications. In this role, you will design, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. You will also collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).">
  • Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reporting.">
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.">
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.">
  • Analyze test results, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.">
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies for test readiness.">
  • Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports for stakeholders.">
  • Mentor junior testers and support the QA team in achieving best practices.">

Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Jira, Test Rail, or similar test management tools.">

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.">
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle complex systems testing.">

Requirements
