Job Title: Business Development Leader
">- The Business Development Leader is responsible for driving the acquisition of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) relationships. This involves managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers.
- Key responsibilities include establishing strong ties with HNI/UHNI clients by designing and implementing their financial plans, ensuring they receive and execute on the right advice.
- Leadership skills are essential to manage the team, coordinate with teams for acquiring HNI/UHNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent).
- Maintaining client relationships and generating Assets Under Management (AUM) from preferred clients.
- Supporting team members in advising Affluent clients on investments and managing their overall financial portfolio, deepening the wallet from existing clients.
- Assisting the team in tracking the Affluent & Super Affluent Client segment in the market for new client acquisition.
- Conducting research and investigations to update the team on available investment opportunities/financial market trends determining whether they fit into clients' portfolios.
- Coordinating with product and research teams for taking investment decisions for clients.
- Organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
