
High Net Worth Client Manager

**Job Description**
The primary responsibility of this role is to cater to the complex financial and banking needs of high net worth individuals (HNI).
It involves establishing a strong relationship with these clients, providing them with comprehensive solutions for their personal and business banking requirements.
The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new HNI customers, as well as deepening existing relationships through effective communication and relationship management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve targets in terms of product mix and customer acquisition.
- Providing personalized services to meet the diverse financial and banking needs of HNI customers.
- Maintaining a 360-degree understanding of client requirements across personal and business banking/financial needs.
- Managing key performance indicators to ensure the stability of the portfolio.
