Job Description

We are seeking a Grievance Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining a transparent, compliant, and supportive work environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and empathetic professional who is passionate about fair workplace practices and conflict resolution. You will be responsible for handling employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.

In this role, you will receive, log, and manage all formal grievances and complaints. You will conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation. You will also mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
  • Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
