Job Description:
This junior-level position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team.
As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in onboarding customers and ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.
Your responsibilities will include hand-holding customers during onboarding, collaborating with sales, security, and marketing teams, and up-selling and cross-selling complementary Astra products.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
