Job Title: IT Infrastructure Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as the primary administrator for our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments
  • Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Manage internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points
  • Oversee user accounts, groups, and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration spaces
  • Handle Exchange Online mailbox management, distribution lists, and email security

Security and Compliance:

  • Configure and maintain physical firewall policies and rules
  • Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies across all systems and processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets
  • Monitor and control software installations and licenses
  • Implement endpoint protection and mobile device management solutions
  • Establish policies and access controls for AI tools and platforms used within the organization
  • Participate in InfoSec audits and regulatory compliance assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in IT support and security administration
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
