Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Infrastructure Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of our hardware and software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-availability product deployment architectures, networking architectures, storage architectures, and virtualization architectures.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend their adoption in our infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for infrastructure implementation and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with other business systems.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer reported problems or configuration issues within agreed service level agreements.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in technical infrastructure implementation and support.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
